This marked her first public appearance since she decided to dissolve her face fillers amidst a health ordeal that she described as a “parasite” crisis.

In exclusive snapshots, Glanville radiated joy, donning a festive Santa hat adorned with animal-print fur. She paired it with a chic little black dress and a cozy animal-print coat, rounding out her look with edgy knee-high black boots. Talk about a holiday style statement!

Brandi’s glamorous return comes right after she revealed she had dissolved all her face fillers, prompted by her belief that an unsettling “parasite” was hiding beneath her skin. On December 13, she took to X to share her health journey with her followers.

She also addressed an offer for assistance from Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow regarding her facial concerns.

“I have zero drama with @DrDubrow. I appreciate all the help I can get! 🙏,” she thanked him, referencing their communications about her health challenges. “We have plans to chat, and I’m grateful for all the support.”

“All fillers in my face have been dissolved,” Brandi added, sharing that she has consulted with top specialists at Cedar Sinai and beyond. 💕

Dubrow has suggested that instead of a parasite, Brandi may be dealing with an infection.

Back in July, she opened up about grappling with skin disfigurement she believed arose from her experiences on the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

“This is why I’m feeling miserable and depressed :(,” the 51-year-old shared alongside a revealing image on X. “I can’t even share the full extent of it. Stress can really take a toll. How’s your health? Remember to take care of yourselves, everyone. Thank you, Bravo, but at this point, I can’t even work.”

In January, she detailed to Entertainment Tonight that she had been diagnosed with angioedema, a condition that causes her face to swell significantly, affecting her ability to speak and taste food. “I was constantly at risk of anaphylactic shock,” she admitted, noting the onset in August 2023.

Fast forward to December 2024, Brandi updated the world on her skin saga, revealing she’s spent over $70K in her quest for answers.

“I’ve been on medication all year. I don’t socialize anymore,” she shared. “Every penny is going towards figuring out what’s happening with me.”

Brandi described an unsettling sensation as if an unknown “parasite” was moving in her face when she “messed with it,” likening it to “tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin. “It feels as if it’s thriving or multiplying in my face,” she revealed candidly.

Dissolving her fillers is just one of the steps Brandi has taken to reclaim her health. She also shared a heartwarming post from a Beverly Hills dentist on December 13, expressing gratitude for “helping to bring back my smile.” In the accompanying photo, she beamed with joy, showcasing her transformed look with no visible signs of skin disfigurement.
