Meghan Trainor Reveals Her Bold Reason for a Boob Job!
Meghan Trainor is opening up like never before about her exciting journey toward a breast enhancement!
On the latest episode of her hit podcast, “Workin’ On It,” the 30-year-old singer shared with a wink, “I’m getting a boob job! My mommy booboos were once brimming with milk—they were big, they were small, and now they’re… well, let’s just say they’re ready for a little lift!”
After welcoming her first son, Riley, in 2021 and her second son, Barry, in 2023—both with her husband Daryl Sabara—Trainor has experienced a whirlwind of changes, including a shift in her body that she’s more than ready to address.
The Grammy-winning artist further explained that her decision to go under the knife stems from some fashion frustrations. “Trying on fabulous outfits for upcoming tours has been a struggle,” she admitted. “I need supportive bras that don’t mess with the look, and I’ve joked for years about finally getting that boob job!”
Her brother and podcast cohost, Ryan, chimed in, confirming that Meghan has been talking about this for ages—ever since she was 16!
“I’ve always wanted this; it’s been a lifelong dream,” Trainor declared. “I just want a lift that brings my confidence back up! No more looking at the floor for my booboos!”
She made it clear that her plans only involve a “lift,” and perhaps a small implant to give her that extra oomph. “I adore my body! This has been on my wishlist for years,” she mentioned, recalling her consultations with various doctors to ensure she makes the right choice. “Daryl even joined me for consultations to help pick out the ideal size!”
In a light-hearted remark, she joked, “So, what’s on my agenda? A bit too much Botox and a boob job! I’m fully embracing the L.A. life—it’s absolutely ridiculous!”
Previously, Trainor had shared during an August 2023 podcast episode that she’s been getting Botox for several years, humorously stating, “I wish I could freeze myself at this age forever! Luckily, my Botox lasts longer than most, so that’s a win!”
Known for her strong advocacy for body positivity, Trainor has been on a personal journey of self-love, especially after the changes that come with pregnancy and childbirth. “I grew up with a lot of negative self-talk in my family; it’s something I’ve had to unlearn,” she confided in a 2023 interview with Yahoo! Life. “I want to make sure my kids don’t inherit that mindset!”
