Meghan Trainor: ‘Too Much Botox’ Leaves Me Unable to Smile!

Meghan Trainor recently opened up about her cosmetic journey, candidly admitting she may have gone a bit overboard with Botox, and she’s got plans for more in the future.

During a recent episode of the “Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor” podcast, she shared, “I got too much Botox and I need help.”

Trainor elaborated on her experience, revealing how a lip flip procedure— which involves injecting filler above the upper lip— led her to believe she could finally achieve that perfect pout. “For the first time in my whole 30 years of living, I thought I could have a beautiful flip on my upper lip; it turned out not to be true,” she explained, mentioning she had previously gotten Botox a few times on her forehead.

With a touch of humor, she added, “I cannot smile anymore,” demonstrating her limited grin on camera by saying, “Look, this is as big as I can smile.”

Trainor’s brother, Ryan, couldn’t help but poke fun at her new facial limitations, leading Meghan to say, “Now, I can’t unsee it.”

“Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile— to even try,” she lamented.

For those curious, the “lip flip” that Trainor mentioned is a non-invasive procedure designed to enhance the appearance of the lips by injecting Botox, relaxing the muscles around the upper lip to create a fuller look, according to experts.

Trainor also shared her positive experience with lip filler but noted that the Botox lip flip was hindering her ability to smile freely. And it doesn’t stop there—she’s eyeing a potential “boob job” or breast lift soon.

The proud mom of two discussed how her breast size has changed after pregnancy, saying, “I’ve got fluctuations going on.”
