Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law. If we need more time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.

5. Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, the agent must provide proof that you have authorized them to act on your behalf. We will require verification of your identity and authorization before processing the request from your agent.
