Our students are closely supervised by experienced professionals, ensuring you receive top-quality attention. Appointments typically last between three to four hours, and the number of visits required will depend on your unique dental hygiene needs.
Payment Made Easy
We charge nominal fees to cover supplies, and payments are made at the time of service. We accept electronic payments (credit and debit cards) and will provide you with a receipt for insurance claims.

Your Role as a Patient
Our students need hands-on experience to graduate, and your participation is crucial! If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact your student clinician at least 48 hours in advance to support their educational journey.
How to Book Your Appointment
Don’t wait—call us at 847.925.6534 or visit our reception desk at the Harper College Palatine campus. Your first visit will be a screening appointment, where we’ll assess your dental needs and take any necessary X-rays. This visit will last about 1.5 hours and costs $7. If you’re a good fit for our program, we’ll pair you with a student for your comprehensive care.
Clinic Hours
Our clinic hours change each semester, but we typically offer morning and afternoon appointments. Our students arrange their schedules based on their academic commitments.
