Matt Gaetz’s Face: Plastic Surgeons Reveal the Shocking Truth!
Hold onto your seats, folks! The launch of Matt Gaetz’s much-anticipated new show is turning heads — but not for the reasons you might expect. Forget the hot political debates or fiery opinions; social media is buzzing with chatter about his jaw-dropping transformation!
Viewers have taken to platforms like Twitter and Instagram, showcasing their reactions to his striking new look, highlighting everything from his distinct orange glow to what some have humorously dubbed his ‘Cruella de Vil eyebrows.’
According to three plastic surgeons who weighed in on the matter, Gaetz, 42, appears to have undergone significant Botox treatments, alongside fillers designed to elevate his facial features.
Dr. Christopher Costa, a renowned plastic surgeon in Las Vegas, commented, ‘It looks like he might have been over-treated with neurotoxins — think Botox on overdrive.’ He added, ‘Typically, the aim is to soften lines while maintaining the ability to express emotions. Here, though, it seems like he’s taken that to an extreme, almost doubling down on the effects.’
Gaetz has evidently received injections across his forehead, around his eyes, and even his upper lip — a technique known as a ‘lip flip’ meant to give a fuller appearance. Surgeons also speculated he might have had skin treatments, like lasers and peels, to achieve that flawless, wrinkle-free visage.

Dr. Michael Persky from California chimed in, expressing concern over Gaetz’s look: ‘It seems his aesthetic providers missed the mark entirely. My mantra is simple: “No one should know!” His forehead looks unnaturally flat and motionless, giving way to those notorious arched eyebrows — the so-called ‘El Diablo brow’ or ‘Cruella De Vil brow.’
Dr. Paul Rosenburg, a plastic surgeon in New Jersey, added his two cents: ‘He’s definitely had Botox, and it appears to have been applied in less than ideal circumstances, leading to what we call the ‘Spock appearance.’ When he attempts to express emotion, everything else is frozen except for the center of his brow, which gives it an artificial lift.’
For those unfamiliar, Spock is the iconic character from *Star Trek* known for his signature elevated eyebrows, which Gaetz’s look seems to evoke.
Despite the swirling rumors about his cosmetic enhancements, Gaetz has yet to respond to the speculation surrounding his appearance. Efforts to contact his representatives for a comment have been made.
Gaetz at the Republican National Convention last July, where cosmetic work speculation began.
The premiere of Gaetz’s show aired yesterday on the conservative One America News Network (OANN), marking his first public appearance since stepping away from the attorney general role and leaving Congress amidst serious allegations.
Interestingly, Gaetz isn’t the only figure in Trump’s inner circle rumored to have undergone cosmetic procedures. Democrats certainly aren’t exempt from the speculation either, with whispers suggesting Joe Biden may have had a facelift.
Commenters wasted no time sharing their thoughts on Gaetz’s new look, with one fan saying, ‘Matt Gaetz shows off the new Botox on his show on OANN. Gross.’ Another quipped, ‘Looks like Gaetz is sporting some fresh Botox!’ and a third noted, ‘He looks EXTRA cringey with this new look.’
The discussion around Gaetz’s appearance isn’t new; during his time at the Republican National Convention last July, many surgeons speculated that his overly raised eyebrows were likely a result of excessive Botox, creating an unusual lifting effect.
Dr. Costa suggested the possibility of a PDO thread lift, a popular procedure that uses absorbable threads to create a tighter, more youthful skin appearance around the face.
