Meghan Trainor has recently shared her plans for plastic surgery, aiming to reclaim her confidence following the birth of her two sons.

The pop sensation, known for her hit song “All About That Bass,” opened up about her cosmetic surgery journey during a recent episode of her podcast, Workin’ on Upgrades, where she discussed her motivations with her brother and husband. The changes in her body after motherhood prompted her decision to pursue a breast augmentation.

“I’m getting a boob job because my mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty,” she confessed candidly. “They went from big to small and back again, and now they’re just sagging.”

As she prepares for an upcoming tour, she noted the challenges of finding outfits that flatter her current figure. “Trying on these stunning outfits is tough when I have to wear super supportive bras that can ruin the look,” she stated.

Her brother chimed in, noting that her current situation likely isn’t comfortable. Trainor agreed, adding, “They squeeze my sides, and it’s just not right.”

Trainor has long expressed her desire for this procedure, admitting that she’s been contemplating it since she was a teenager. “I’ve wanted this for my entire life,” she shared, reassuring everyone that her goal is simply to achieve a lift and a bit of volume. “I love my body, but I’ve been dreaming about this for years.”

The “Made You Look” artist welcomed her first son, Riley, through C-section in February 2021, followed by her second son, Barry, in July 2023.

This isn’t the first time Meghan has been open about her body image struggles. After becoming a mother, she candidly shared her journey of embracing her post-pregnancy body, expressing how challenging it was to learn to love her new figure.

“I’ve got scars and stretch marks in places I didn’t expect,” she admitted, reflecting on the emotional journey of self-acceptance.

In November 2022, she also highlighted the difficulties of rebuilding her confidence post-birth, recalling advice from her therapist: “Stand in front of the mirror, naked, for five minutes a day. It was so hard, but by the third day, I started to see myself differently.”

She concluded with a powerful realization: “It’s incredible what our bodies can do. I created life, and I’m learning to appreciate every part of that process.”
