Human Resources Manager
Brick Property Services, LLC is on the lookout for a vibrant, dynamic individual to step into the role of Human Resources Manager in Lebanon County, PA. You will be at the helm of our personnel and payroll operations, steering our organization toward success. If you’re organized, self-motivated, and possess an energetic spirit, we want you on our team! This is a full-time, in-person position comprising 37.5 hours a week.
Summary:
In this role, you will lead and guide all human resource and employee development efforts for the company. You’ll craft a strategic vision that encompasses everything from recruiting the right talent to air-tight procedures and safety protocols, all while aligning our staff with our vibrant company culture. Your support will be invaluable to our senior leadership team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Partner with the leadership team to shape and execute a human resource strategy that meets both current and future talent needs, encompassing everything from recruiting to retention.
- Oversee all local HR functions, ensuring compliance with Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Payroll & Benefits.
- Keep confidential business and personnel information secure.
- Analyze compensation trends and create a competitive compensation strategy.
- Plan and coordinate job fair activities to attract top talent.
- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication for new employees.
- Conduct corporate orientation sessions.
- Manage local payroll processes using PayCom.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with Open Enrollment.
- Act as the on-site coordinator for Workers Compensation filings.
- Create learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth.
- Assist managers with training plans and procedural manuals.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices.
- Administer business insurance policies.
- Support Senior Leadership in various capacities.
- Stay updated by attending workshops and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- HR certification is a plus; SHRM preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledgeable in a wide range of HR strategies and practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage across various levels.
- Adept at fostering a culture that aligns with our company’s mission and values.
